The “Business Analysis” is the foundation of every IT project including website project.

In most cases, the client needs more suggestions on aspects such as how to use the website, how to let website generate more leads and revenue, how each part of system should be working together, etc. We will answer all the questions at this stage and leave the choice to the client.

Once we have all details confirmed by you, we will draft a formal proposal for your project with an accurate quotation and the timeline which the project will cost. The client can choose whether to go ahead with the project or there is any more details need to be added to the document.
