Skytec-International was registered in Australia at December 2006, which is based in St Kilda Road, Melbourne. Skytec has got some holding companies in the main city, like Shenzhen, Dalian in China. The business includes being general exclusive agent of pharmaceutical produced by Switzerland and Australian made wine by renowned wineries and China is our target market.
Skytec International requires the website to be clean but professional, with an easy-to-use content management system (CMS) and more importantly, the website needs two languages of English and Chinese (Mandarin) available for visitors from Australia and China. Skytec International also requires another major section of “medicine” to be created as another part of the website. The “medicine” section will be in Chinese (Mandarin) only for Chinese visitors to read the content.
We design the website from scratch. The logo of Skytec-International is supplied by the client. So our design has to follow the colour combination on the logo in that the logo has already been printed on the client’s business cards. We use shapes of grape leaves as the background to emphasise the company’s main business. By display images from wine yards, together with the pictures of different major products Skytec-International is mainly dealing with.
We use WordPress as the content management system (CMS) for this project. WordPress allows the website in multiple languages by having required plugins installed. The client can manage the content and images easily.
