New support system has been launched and now allowing clients/users of products provided by Faysoft to submit bug/issue and obtain promptly help and assistance.

After being granted the username of the support system, the user then needs to setup a password before login and submit the report.

All bugs/issues will be traced and recorded by the system and handled by technical team of Faysoft.

By having all bugs/issues record accessible, both the client and technical team can commmunicate each other in order to solve the problem promptly.
